Your home will be listed on the MLS serving your area. Your contact information is entered for direct buyer and buyer’s agent communication — you handle all showings and scheduling.
Bright MLS distributes your listing to Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, Homes.com, and other syndication partners. Most listings appear on major sites within 24–72 hours of going live on the MLS. Timing varies by platform and is outside our control.
2 price or status changes are included. Additional changes are $25 each.
You can upgrade to full service at any time. Your $399 flat fee is credited in full toward the commission at closing.
You may cancel at any time. The $399 flat fee is non-refundable once your listing is active. Cancellation removes your listing from the MLS and revokes access to all paid deliverables.
The listing agreement will be sent to you via Inkless for e-signature after payment. Your listing will not go active until the signed agreement and all required materials — including photos and completed disclosure forms — are received and reviewed.
